Refund policy

Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our nitrogen-infused beverages, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

Refunds/Replacements: We only replace or refund items if they are defective, damaged during transit, or if the wrong item was sent.

Claim Window: To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Process: Please email support@brwd.in with your Order ID and clear photos of the issue. Once inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
