Standard Shipping: Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout based on:

• your delivery location
• order weight and dimensions

Free Shipping: All orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping nationwide.

4. Delivery Address & Tracking Information

Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Kindly ensure all address details are accurate before completing your order.

Tracking information will be shared via email (and/or SMS when available) once your package is dispatched.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

• incomplete or incorrect addresses
• customer unavailability at delivery time

5. Damage & Transit Issues

Since we use 0% preservatives, the integrity of our cans is our top priority. Our packaging is designed to withstand the journey, but if things get bumpy:

• If you receive a leaked, heavily dented, or damaged can, please email us at support@brwd.in or WhatsApp us at 9625030073 within 24 hours of delivery.
• Mandatory: Please include a photo of the damaged product and the outer packaging.
• Once verified, we will issue a replacement or a refund for the damaged units immediately. No questions asked.

6. Undelivered Orders / RTO

• If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship it for an additional shipping fee.
• Please ensure your contact number is reachable so our delivery partners can find you!
