2. PRODUCT ACCURACY & NITRO EXPERIENCE

  • Clean Label: We strive to ensure that our "0% Sugar" and "0% Preservative" claims are backed by rigorous testing. However, since we use natural coffee and citrus extracts, slight variations in taste or color may occur between batches.
  • The Nitro Effect: Our beverages are nitrogen-infused. The "cascade" and "foam" effect are dependent on following the "Hard Pour" instructions provided on the can. Failure to follow these instructions may result in a different sensory experience, which does not constitute a product defect.

3. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

4. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

  • Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund & Replacement Policy.
  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products (including our 250ml slim cans and PVC shrink wraps). We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
